Style – 4.1% ABV Modern Bitter
Notes – A more modern style of Bitter, less of the old toffee and modern more leafy, hoppy flavours. Ours contains a modern yet still classic malt bill and is brewed with more unusual, non-standard European hops for a softer feel with lots of subtle fruit and hedgerow flavours, but it’s still undoubtedly a bitter at heart. And why Syren? Well, that’s the road behind our brewery…!
